- Over 25 years experience in corporate and international finance, leasing and trade finance with TD Bank
- Moved to Kyiv, Ukraine in January 1995 to be Ukraine Country Head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
- In 2000 appointed Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine under special technical assistance arranged by CIDA
- In 2003 advised the City of Kyiv on their debut Eurobond issue
- In 2005 helped launch Ukraine’s first IPO on AIM/LSE
- Director of Black Iron Inc., TSX listed and DeNovo, a private Ukrainian company involved in high technology
