The Board and management operate Iskander in the same fashion as if the Company were publicly listed. The Board is committed to developing, implementing and maintaining a strong corporate governance framework.

Social responsibility

Iskander strives to maintain and comply with mandatory health, safety and environmental requirements at the local and national levels in those jurisdictions where Iskander operates. In addition, where feasible and appropriate, Iskander will apply best industry practices found in Canada and internationally.
